I'm a builder. We are in slump. I brought Jay six houses to market. He has stayed on top of this and worked night and day to see it though. I know from vast experience (50 years) a "slump" in the market makes realtors walk away. Slow sales/times are not what they are interested in. Jay has never slowed down. You want to SELL your house?
