Enlisting Jay Allen was the first step of the best decision in my life so far. He explained the whole process in the beginning, making clear his role as agent and what I'd need to do as buyer. A big part of this was discussing what my family needs & wants in a home, the benefits & drawbacks (short & longterm) of buying vs renting, and how to go about recieving adequate financing. I love the end result, cant help but have gratitude for Jay's part in helping this vision come together. What I thought I wanted grew more defined as he patiently sent and filtered through the available housing inventory, when one financial institution seemed to have too much on their plate to give me the specific attention I needed he suggested another one (and I got a better deal out of that), he stressed the importance of a QUALITY home inspection, and as a result of that inspection the seller agreed to fix up my now home to a surprisingly strong degree. The selling agent spoke very highly of him also. Out of space so that's it.

Jay was recommended by a long time friend who had used him and his business partner. I am one who expects to be Wow'd and definitely look for excellent customer service and knowledge when spending my money and especially looking for a home. Jay exceeded my expectations. When I tell you that he not only kept his word but his follow through was Awesome!!! There were many times that I got frustrated and upset but he kept his cool and remained focused so that I could have the best experience. Some buyers have had the experience of being abandoned once the closing is over. Again, Jay made sure that everything that was in our agreement with the seller was documented and followed up to make sure it all happen. Thanks to Jay for going Above and Beyond my expectations.
