This was our first time buying a house and it was scary to go into this in this current market, but having a great real estate agent helped SO MUCH. Jaxson guided us through the whole process. He was always available to answer our questions, he was really quick to schedule viewings, get documents ready for us and communicate with our lender and the seller's agent. He was super patient, very nice and so easy to work with even when I was bombarding him with a million questions. He kept us updated on everything the entire time. And the best part is that if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have gotten the house of our dreams, because we were scared of even trying to get that one. But he convinced us to go see it and give it a shot. Now here we are. Homeowners. Without overpaying for the house too, which is rare right now! I can't begin to describe how amazing Jaxon was with my mother in law. After almost 2 decades of living with people and her husband passing, and a cancer scare, my mother in law decided to get out on her own and buy a home.
