Let’s just start with Javier is awesome. My husband and I were so nervous to start this process of buying our first home, we have a friend that struggled getting his offer accepted so we thought it was going to be the same case with us, it was not! Our offer was accepted so quickly, he went above and beyond. There was never miscommunication, us being first time home owners of course he had so many questions needless to say he answered all of them! Everything was just so smooth and easy with him.
