Javier A. Pomales Cardoza is a real estate agent. He studied Business Administration on Finance and Management at the University of Puerto Rico. He followed his careers getting a Human Resource’s Master. He moved to Orlando to pursue his goals, becoming a profesional . He has been working at Dnf Medical Center as Hedis Coordinator in charge of Patient’s Healthcare coaching many PCP Doctors. In 2018, he decided to take his health/life license to be insurance agent. At the beginning of the year 2020 , he decided to get involved on Real Estate Industry. Finally , he got his Real Estate license on May 2020. He is a challenge person, authentic and enthusiastic. He likes to encourage people and get involved in interesting projects. He wants to get a huge knowledge about Real Estate Industry becoming in one of the best around the state. He enjoy to help people to get their best choice . He likes to deal with people. It is his passion . He is passionate about what he does. When he is involved in a projects , he does his best. He is outgoing person. He thinks “ Making good decisions in our life , it is our best choice” .
