About Javier

I was born and educated in Colombia, South America and Dearborn, Michigan, USA. I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Since 1994 have worked as an Investor, owning over 160 units, managing over 1600 units, Licensed General Contractor in California, and Licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER in CALIFORNIA and REAL ESTATE BROKER IN FLORIDA as well. Continued to educate myself about current market conditions, purchases, short sales, foreclosures, and REO properties, also worked with banks and the Courts as a receivership during the real estate crisis. I am skilled in assisting investors and buyers to get the best possible return on their investment and helping first time home buyers to purchase their dream home. I offer to my clients the best knowledge from my long-time experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate serving the states of California and Florida.
