I was born and educated in Colombia, South America and Dearborn, Michigan, USA. I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Since 1994 have worked as an Investor, owning over 160 units, managing over 1600 units, Licensed General Contractor in California, and Licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER in CALIFORNIA and REAL ESTATE BROKER IN FLORIDA as well. Continued to educate myself about current market conditions, purchases, short sales, foreclosures, and REO properties, also worked with banks and the Courts as a receivership during the real estate crisis.
