First off I would like to give Javier a huge Thanks for all the work he’s done. We met Javier through another real estate agent we were working with. She recommended Javier and he took over our account about halfway through. During our initial hunt for a home, he was always there and very responsive. Whenever we had any questions, he was sure to answer them quickly. He went above and beyond for us, and answer all of our questions in a quick and timely manner. Throughout the entire process he was very responsive. When we needed his guidance on something, he was sure to give us his opinion while also assuring us that it was totally up to us to decide on what is best for us. He and his staff gave us all of our documents via email and made life easier with electronic signatures. This is the first time we ever worked with a real estate but it was an excellent experience.
