We really had a great experience working with Javen on the purchase of our new home. As a first time home buyer we literally have no idea how and where to begin. Javen walked us through the whole process, explained everything in detail like a teacher would to a fifth grader. His knowledge in real estate is impeccable. Best of all, he helped us find a home that fits our need and budget, got us connected to a very good loan originator, which ultimately got us the home that is perfect for our family. If you are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, no non-sense realtor that will deliver, then Javen is your guy!

Javen came through! He is the best realtor! He helped us buy our second home, but it was our first in California. From the beginning, he was attentive to our needs and budget. Javen only showed us homes that met what we asked of him. Throughout the whole process, he was flexible with his time and generous with sharing his knowledge of real estate. He helped us put in 2 offers using the VA loan that competed with multiple others in this insane sellers market that typically overlooks VA loans. We are happy we trusted Javen to help us purchase our home!
