We relocated from Virginia to the Bay Area recently and wanted to move directly into our own home. To make it more complicated, we were first time homeowners and had a deadline. Jaspreet was the best agent we could have hoped for. She showed us every property we very even slightly interested in. She was always punctual and ensured we had an itinerary the day before. There were never any bad experience with her as she was always very prepared. Additionally she highlighted pros and cons of most properties, as well as about the locality. Since we were new to the area, her knowledge of the locations were very critical for us. She also has the unique ability to share her recommendations without us feeling pressured or coaxed towards anything. Also she went above and beyond in her services when during a particular weekend she had personal commitments and yet she arranged for us to view property since our time was very precious. We really appreciated that she arranged it even without us having to ask for it. At every step she helped us with lots of information and contacts as needed. Again being new to the area and home ownership, all this made the process very simple for us. To sum it up, Jaspreet is a wonderful, detailed oriented, very knowledgeable real estate agent with excellent communication, meticulous planning and an attitude to adapt to the needs of her clients. I would definitely refer her to my friends and family.
