Having just moved to Miami from LA, Jason was the perfect resource to help us find our investment property near Wynwood. He combines all of the attributes that one would want from a real estate professional and enhances all of those skills with an incredible knowledge base of the core Miami areas. He and his partner on the project, Robert Cachinero, always went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. The property that we went with was older so it required a lot of inspections and negotiation and thanks to Jason's guidance and leadership, we were able to come away with some amazing wins.
