We lived in our San Ramon home for over 20 years, but a job opportunity came up, and I had to relocate out of state. I needed to sell my home quickly, and I wanted a real estate agent with proven experience selling homes in the San Ramon area.

Several years before, I worked with Jason to purchase a home. He showed us a number of excellent properties (and later I regretted my decision NOT to buy). I also met with other agents, but they seemed to push us to make a decision that we were not comfortable with. I recently worked with Jason in buying a condominium in San Ramon bay area, I really want to thank him for his work and guidance throughout the process. Being a first time buyer I had really no experience or knowledge about home buying, but Jason made it a very smooth process for us. I had challenge in getting my financing done from Credit Union bank for which the lender said its going to take them more than 30 days to grant the mortgage amount, Jason was very helpful in convincing the seller to get an extension in this regard. Even after the extension the lender gave me lot of problems as the condominium I was trying to buy just came out of litigation couple of months ago and the lender wanted to get every little detail on what fixes the HOA management are going to do to community even though it was not relevant for my condominium.

Luckily Jason pointed me to a different lender (Ever Bank) just 10 days before the closing date and was able to get a better rate and loan in time without the hastle of all the queries my earlier lender was asking for.

I had also had very good experience with Jason in deciding the bid, being a sellers market, it was hard to under bid, but luckily with Jason's help we were able to bid for a lower price than requested even though there were other bidders coming to pay more.

Jason is good at negotiation, we had very minor repairs related to some plumbing work, but he was able to convince the seller to translate that amount into closing cost pay as I was originally planning to renovate it any way and even if the seller has fixed it, I would have still have re-done the whole thing.

I would strongly recommend Jason especially in the San Ramon area, he is also good at handling all the rental properties.
