I was definitely eager and a little apprehensive about the Colorado housing market when my husband and I first asked Jason to help us find a home for our family. Jason immediately reassured us that the house FOR US "Is out there." He sent us all types of homes, ranch, townhouses, 4 stories, NE Denver, SE Aurora, he did NOT try to pigeon hole into a box. He paid attention to our reactions to different features and he used his knowledge of us as a couple and what we said to continue to build a search that would put us on the right track to home ownership. He was funny, prompt, honest, had no problem telling us if we should or should not put an offer on a house (and why) and he never made us feel like our moves were a bad decision. The really cool part is that the last house we looked at was the house we closed on! And it was AMAZING that not only was our family excited about our new home, but Jason was, too! Jason Woods is a true professional. He was my realtor and loan officer. Having one person do everything was a plus!!! He sold my home and helped me find a new one. I found my new home and I knew my financing was rock solid which made things stress free. He was helpful with helping me find movers and an air b n b while I waited on my new home. He went over and beyond in my opinion. However, I needed that since I had surgery in the middle of the process. When I say he is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable, I mean that! Closing was a breeze because he took care of everything. I would definitely recommend him to help anyone who needs to buy or refinance! I have already recommended him to my family and friends.

He was very patient with me while I got my house ready for sale. He helped provide me with quality referrals for home repairs, to get my home ready for the market. I had lots of questions and he was always available, kind, professional, and knowledgeable with his answers. He also helped me to find a new home. I greatly appreciated the fact that not only is he a realtor but a licensed loan officer! I did my new home financing with him. It was great to have one person take care of everything.
