I had a great experience working with Jason. He was very proactive and thorough and took time to explain things and make sure my questions were answered. He was always very prompt in answering my inquiries and in following through with his commitments. He came up with creative ways and many different options to speed up the sale of my home. I was hesitant to have anyone represent my husband and I while buying a new home because we couldn't afford to pay anyone. When Jason says it doesn't cost the buyer to use his help he means it. He was extremely helpful to us in finding a place we loved! He was patient and thorough with us. After we picked a place that we loved we were able to relax as everything was taken care of for us. Jason took us out to look at houses multiple times. He was never pushy or impatient, and always gave us his honest of each home. We finally put an offer on a home and it was accepted, and from there we ran into more than a couple bumps in the financing process, both on the sellers side, and on our side. Jason was very helpful and walked us through everything is it came up. What could have been a very messy frustrating situation, turned into a relatively easy and smooth process...all things considered. I will definitely be coming back to Jason when we sell/purchase in the future!

This is our second home purchase with Jason. He is very responsive, tells it to us straight and helps explain things when we don't get it. He also has done well with connecting us to other people in the industry to get us deals on things like blinds. Jason makes us feel like we are his only customers. His personality and skills are just the style my husband and I like to work with on something that is so important.
