Jason Warner began his real estate journey in 2011 after touring for over a decade as a recording artist. Having considered real estate a hobby for many years, Jason began his professional real estate journey as an investor, studying under Robert Kiyosaki and the Tigrent Learning program. This training taught Jason to think outside of the box and his specialty became creative financing where he was able to help buyers and sellers come up with creative solutions to making deals happen where it was a win win for all involved.
In 2019 Jason obtained his Brokers license and founded Leipers Fork Realty Group as a Mega Agent Office (MAO) partnered with Keller Williams in the heart of Leipers Fork, TN. Agents in the office had access to both the Leiper’s Fork and the Franklin Keller Williams office, providing agents and clients a unique opportunity. Jason grew the office to the number one producing team the first year of opening.
Jason’s story is one of hope and resilience. At the age of twenty-two Jason found himself homeless. This experience gave him a special connection to housing and the importance of a home. It inspired him to create a legacy for his own children and for other children. He founded a nonprofit called SAFE (Safe, Affirming, Family Environment) and over the past decade SAFE has helped homeless teens and has an outreach particularly to foster youth and foster families. While furthering his mission with the nonprofit, Jason simultaneously created his own real estate portfolio by purchasing multiple properties with several homes and guest suites in Leipers Fork that can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests through a short term rental program and that operates as a venue for special events. The property is called GratiDude Ranch and in 2022 Jason and his husband launched a second location in Nevada City, CA. Jason’s own investment opportunities have only gained him more personal knowledge in the field and helps him bring that knowledge to his clients.
Jason’s heart and passion in helping his agents and his clients comes from a place of authenticity and personal experience of knowing just how important a home truly is. Although the office has a focus in the Leiper’s Fork market and works primarily with clients in Williamson County, we are happy to help clients all across Nashville, a city that continues to grow. From its beauty to its music industry to its job market and especially due to ‘real kind people living here’, it’s simply becoming one of the most popular places to live in the USA.
