If you are ready to act on getting your new home, he will make it happen. He takes care of things every day and checks in with you and keeps you informed on the status. He responds to calls within 24 hours and usually the same day you leave a message. He has great negotiation skills. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

This being my second home buying experience as a Veteran, I was proud to work with Jason. Jason is a stand up guy. If you want a Realtor that won't drag their heels or try to talk you into something you know you don't like, then this is your guy. Although we had some hiccups in our negotiation process with the seller's side, Jason stuck in there and represented us to the fullest, got us a good deal and what we asked for.
