Jason sold me the house I remodeled it and he then sold it for me. Everything was easy and pain free. Jason even helped pic materials and colors to use for the renovation. He even had buyers lined up before we were finished. Very professional and helpful. Best experience I have had buying and selling a house.
Jason is the best. He is very flexible with showings and his extensive knowledge of construction is an asset to his Real Estate Work. Jason spent the time to show me multiple properties and take me back to see them. I have worked with him over the years and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Jason was an amazing realtor to work with. He listed our home and helped us find a new home. He was extremely helpful while looking for new homes, since he has a construction background, he knows what to look for. He was able to spot water damage, mold, etc. in areas we would have never thought to look. He was also able to give us a heads up on things the inspector may find. Jason was able to get our house under contract and found us a new home to purchase in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 circumstances, we were not able to complete our deals, but Jason thought outside of the box and did all he could to help us through. Once we are able, we will definitely be using his services again to sell and purchase a new home.
