I am an investor and have some very particular requirements in the properties I invest in. Jason understood them, worked tirelessly to help find the right one(there were offers on other properties that didn't work out) and is very quick to understand the goals of the client and doesn't veer from the target like so many others I've dealt with. Is quick to return phone calls and emails and doesn't throw around the attitude that some realtors do. Great personality and a pleasure to work with.
