Jason is the REAL DEAL. Jason met with us at the beginning, was friendly, professional, prepared, organized, and new his stats. He knew the area. He, after I had interviewed other realtors, was able to understand the comps better and recommended that we sell for a certain price (actually higher than another realtor suggested) believing "yes, may be on the high end, but you should do well, let's try" and did we. Here's the result - We got ASKING PRICE three days after putting on the market. We then sold soon after, what more can you ask! He walked us through the process, stayed in contact, followed up with buyers, lenders, made sure all was up and up and ready. Why? Because Jason brings extensive years of experience and training to the table. He even had to do double duty, some what, with the buyers realtor to make sure all was being done professionally and orderly. Jason was the by far the best realtor we could have ever asked for to help find our perfect home. He listened to every detail my wife and I gave him about what we did and didn’t want. He found us plenty of houses for us to pick from to go visit with out sending us so many that we felt overwhelmed when picking.
