We enjoyed working with Jason St. Croix!! What a positive experience… he helped us find our dream home!! We had lost out on a few homes by being out bid by CASH buyers; Jason kept it positive and kept the search going!! It will all work out for the BEST !! It sure did so happy Jason was right; and we were grateful we lost the other homes because the one we purchased is perfect … hit all the marks!! The market has changed so much since we last bought and sold a home - 19 years ago!! Jason was introduced to us by our niece who was also looking for a home! We could not be happier with the new home purchase and we intrusted Jason-the sale of our Palm Harbor home as well!! The home was listed on a Friday and had multiple offers come in on Saturday during a very busy “Open House” !
