Informative, Honest, Open, Communative. Every step he gave me every detail and outlined each choice. What the pros and cons of each would be and what the next steps would be for each. For a detail oriented person like me it was tremendously helpful. Anytime anything changed or might change I was informed immediately. I knew Jason from a job we both worked at. I knew Jasons attitude and work ethic. Which is why I chose him instead of previous realtors I had dealt with despite him only recently transitioning to this career. He exceeded any previous realtor I have ever used. This is my 3rd home purchase and previously had found realtors that did not care about their client.
