I am very impressed by Jason. He assisted us as a buyers' agent and was very patient with us as we looked for a long time for our new home. After that he assisted us in selling our house that we moved from. He is knowledgeable, patient, a good listener, respectful, and very helpful. He is current on trends in the marketplace and helped us navigate a tricky short sale. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
