He understood my situation, quickly and accurately evaluated what would be of interest to me, and regularly sent me information on homes/condo units that addressed my interests. He also did a virtual tour for me when I was not in the area and helped me with the negotiations, again when I was several hundred miles away from the property I eventually purchased.
