We were first time homebuyers. And we had no idea what we were doing. But we did know what type Of home we were looking for. And our previous realtor was not listening to us. He almost refused to show us anything similar to what we were searching for. I reached out to a friend who recommended Jason. She said he was very knowledgeable and well-versed on the home buying process. Shortly within our first conversation with Jason, he was all in and willing to help us out. I told him exactly which home we were looking at and that we really wanted to see the home the same day. Within an hour we were scheduled to visit the home. It was an amazing day. Not only were we able to see the home we wanted, but we were able to visit four other homes as well. That evening he gave my husband and I great advice and explained the process and what to expect. We made an offer on our home that same evening. Jason is audacious and ambitious. And I truly admire that about him. He was there throughout our entire process. He never left us astray. I highly appreciate his effectiveness and the time he invested in our process. We wouldn’t have our home if it wasn’t for him. Jason is amazing.
