When we were buying — in the dead of winter — our only availability to go out and look at homes was in the evenings, after the sun had already set, oftentimes when he probably would've rather have been home eating dinner with his family or tucking his kids into bed. He made the paperwork process so easy — much of it handled digitally, which was great, as we worked to sell our house remotely.
