Once you meet Jason you know he’s an honest and humble professional. Jason was so patient and great with selling our condo in Long Beach. What I appreciated the most, was his communication because I didn’t have to wonder about the next step in selling our Condo. He would stay on top of calling, texting or emailing us updates. I told him that I prefer text messages since my toddler always had my phone and he always remembered to text me first before he called. There was this huge issue going on with our HOA and Jason was so great with communicating with the buyer’s escrow company and us. He actually went the extra mile and continued to help us communicate with the buyer well after we closed. One last thing, our HOA was difficult to communicate with and he was persistent with getting all the paperwork for them to have us close on time.

Working with Jason was one of the best experiences I could have possibly asked for in buying my first home. His customer service, market knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. When buying a home there is a lot of parties involved and it is difficult to go through the entire process smoothly. Jason was there every step of the way to ensure our best interest. He truly went above and beyond and we could not have been luckier to have such an all around amazing individual get us through this. I cannot begin to recommend him enough.

Jason was a great agent and we would highly recommend him. He came with great knowledge as we thought about offers, and was with us every step of the way as we navigated an escrow period over the holidays. We were especially thankful that he made himself available in the evenings for us to check in on process -- and he was always just a text or email away. He's a gem!

Jason was amazing to deal with and was always available. When searching for a home often times a last minute offer is required and Jason would work late nights putting in our offer. He ended up doing this numerous times since it took us 5 offers to finally get the right home. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to any person searching for a home!
