Jason responded to a question I posted online about Denver neighborhoods with an incredibly detailed and helpful response (without pushing himself as a realtor). When we began chatting, he offered his services, but without any pressure, and recommended I talk to multiple realtors to find the right fit. That low pressure approach, combined with his clear expertise in the local market, great attitude, sense of humor and understanding of our preferences made him a perfect fit. In addition to being very patient with our desire to see 50+ houses in a short period of time, Jason was constantly pleasant, positive and had a great sense of humor which made this process much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. We found the perfect home and the process was as smooth as possible - we even closed 5 days early. I'd recommend him without hesitation and when I need a realtor again, I'll definitely be using him.
