We put Jason in a rough scenario. We asked him to sell our property that was tenant occupied in Detroit knowing that it would be very hard because the tenants had been in the property for 5 years. We wanted to give the tenants first right of refusal so Jason asked the tenants if they'd like to buy the property. They said their credit was low and they didn't think they'd qualify for a loan. So we put a sign up in the yard and gave them 30 days notice. The tenants then began to block any showings for the sale of the property. That's when Jason stepped in (and wore many different hats) as property manager/realtor/navigator/mediator, etc! He was GREAT at people skills and working out a difficult situation. Happy ending for ALL involved. Tenants qualified for the loan and purchased the property. Well done Jason! Highly Recommended!
