I contacted Jason for assistance with listing and selling a house that I recently inherited. Having previously bought and sold six properties in five different states, I have dealt with a variety of real estate professionals and found Jason to be one of the best. When an issue arose shortly before closing, Jason provided me with viable and well-thought-out options to address/resolve the issue. Jason listened to and addressed my questions and/or concerns, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed up with me after closing to ensure that the sales proceeds and copies of the closing documents had been received. I have no reservations about recommending Jason to other buyers or sellers, particularly those who might need a bit of " hand-holding". He explains and questions, is reassuring and thoughtful, and does what he says he is going to do.
