I want my clients to realize the potential for building their wealth through real estate. I love real estate and have helped many of my clients to start achieving their dreams of financial wealth with their personal home and to teach them to start thinking and becoming like main street income property investors. My Background My home has always been the great state of Ohio! I come from a small town with a big city feel called Findlay, OH . My beautiful wife Melody grew up in Westerville, OH (Columbus Suburb), where we met and established our family of seven over the last 25 years. I have coached JV/Varsity basketball at a small private school called Northside Christian School and serve in my local church at Calvary Bible Church in Clintonville. My Experience My business degree is Accounting, and at one time I was a licensed CPA. I have done everything from bookkeeping to running an accounts payable department and managing property. I have supervised accountants on a portfolio of 100 properties, and I was an assistant controller over a large housing division of a great non-profit company. I have managed over 1,100 units of apartments across Northwest and Central Ohio as a Regional Director. I have sold many homes as an agent and am a Top Producer among real estate agents in Central Ohio. My clients describe me in reviews and surveys as honest, trustworthy, easy to work with, and great communication.
