Jason was recommended to us by a family member. We were fortunate to have him on our side! Jason knew so much about the areas we were looking to buy in. Every house we looked it, he could provide information about the area. Additionally, he helped point out features within the home (positive and/or concerning). And, once we purchased a new home, Jason listed our previous home. Again, he knew the people to help us get the house ready to list. He didn't push for unnecessary or costly repairs. Jason met every deadline he set. The photographer he used was awesome--the photos looked amazing! The house was listed and under contract in the same weekend! Because of Jason's skills, we went under contract over asking price!
