Jason Parker

We met Jason by chance after looking at several mountain properties. He drove us out to Park County on three occasions, the first trip his brand new car received a nice new dent on the hood. The second trip was in the cold of February and the third and final trip this June. He saw us through two offers that didn't work out until we saw the house we ended up purchasing. Jason kept us on an even keel, pointing out things we never would have thought of, both good and bad. He definitely knows his job, in and out and I think he really enjoys what he does. Jason is very knowledgeable about all things real estate related. Rules, laws, practice and procedure - we learned so much from him throughout the process. We would definitely work with Jason again either buying or selling. In fact, it might be interesting to flex his seller muscles.
