Best Realtor Who Will Not Waste Time! Jason took over my house sell after a failed attempt by a previous realtor who overpriced and did not obtain factual comps of my home, but created prices that allowed him to receive the most return. House sat on the market for 3 months because of it, costing me a new build, which I then had to pay a price increase to keep it. Jason took over the property and sold for the actual price it should have been listed in the beginning, and sold it in 5 weeks! He was aggressive from the moment we signed, several showings starting the next day after signing, weekly open houses, and gave us a true peace of mind someone had our best interest at heart. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell your house.
