Jason Noh

My 75 year old aunt was looking for a home when we came across Jason Noh’s information. He was very responsive and quickly set up an appointment to view several properties in both Laguna Woods and Seal Beach. He earned our trust immediately with his knowledge of the Laguna Woods community, his understanding of my aunt’s needs and aspirations, and his honesty and courtesy. He walked us with great detail through this atypical purchase of a co-op property with extensive HOA and unique purchase requirements and process. He sold us on the dream of living in this community of like-minded seniors with so much gusto, even sharing that he himself had recently moved into Laguna Woods! His fluency in Korean and English came in very handy as he is able to maneuver through the complicated real estate buying process with ease while also explaining difficult concepts in Korean to my aunt. We really appreciated his humor, patience and positive mannerisms as my aunt made this huge transition. He even showed us how he takes his big stride walks every day to stay healthy and we all did this ridiculous strides inside the soon-to-be new home, haha. I cannot recommend Jason enough. He is THE expert when it comes to Laguna Woods and I’m so happy he’s pretty much the Korean American ambassador for Laguna Woods for people like us who weren’t familiar with it at all.
