This transaction didn't go very smoothly. That wasn't Jason's fault, but he worked diligently to make it sure it wasn't as bumpy as it could have been. After we made the offer the covid lockdown started, then the sellers wanted to do a 52 day escrow, then the appraisal came in way off point effecting our lending. Despite all these hurdles, Jason got us into our dream home below the asking price!
