Jason knew a lot about all the homes and different areas. He knows the market and has very knowledgeable input on the homes. He knows what to look for in possible risks and bad pointed out numerous homes with foundation issues that I did not notice. He was able to explain how they start and how they could possibly end and why some are worse than others.
