Jason went above and beyond to cover for missteps by one of his realtors. I was not happy at his initial agents oversights. He took over my purchase, and followed through to make the rest of my deal easier. Although I felt anger, and disappointment with my initial experience, I am glad I gave Jason a chance to rectify the situation. Perhaps his agent will become a better representative in the future, but they are lucky to have him get their back. Overall I got about what I expected, minus a few little items.
