I usually don't give reviews but willingly do so in this case as Jason is exceptional. His attention to detail, doing what's best for you, knowing the process, and willingness to do what it takes to get the house closed are impeccable. In my case, Jason sold my house and helped me find a new one, the process at times was longer than I expected and frustrating but the takeaway is to trust Jason and the process that he has in place... it works! The results speak for themselves. In my case he sold our home for more than expected and helped me work out an amazing deal on the home of our dreams. well done Jason, well done!

The journey of buying a house is a very stressful one and buying a house in this economy is even more stressful, but Jason, and his team, which included Lori made it so much easier and enjoyable. Initially my husband Pete and I were connected with Lori thru Zillow. Lori was quick to respond back to us, getting us scheduled for our first walkthrough. She was great and very easy to work with. Constantly sending homes for us to look at. She was friendly and excited to find us our perfect home. She was always available, whether later at night or on the weekends. She’s not just our real estate agent, but now considered a friend! Jason, Lori and their team were eager, attentive and ready to find the perfect house. It was refreshing to know they were out there looking and protecting our best interests. They kept the lines of communication open during the whole process. Once we found our "perfect home" and the closing process started, they were still very much in contact making sure all questions were answered.
