Would recommend Jason to anyone wanting a realtor that is willing to work for them, and not just wait for the deal to happen. He showed us literally dozens of properties, whether through email, texting, driving to Klamath, locally, etc..., and was in constant contact with us to be sure all our needs were met. Not to mention the needs we had and didn't know we had. We think that If you choose another realtor to work with you, you will miss out on what a realtor is really supposed to be doing for you. Not our first rodeo and we are thoroughly impressed with his incredible follow through. Also, our mortgage broker, who has been in the business for years, was impressed with how fast we were able to close escrow. He said it was quite possibly the fastest escrow close he had ever seen. He was quite impressed with Jason as well.
