Jason provided a detailed market analysis very early in the process that proved to be very accurate. When the house finally got on the market during less than ideal market circumstances, it sold quickly. There were some issues with requests from the buyers that Jason and his team handled very quickly and effectively. Very happy with the whole process.

Jason worked hard for us in this tough housing market. It took us 8 months and 5 failed offers before we finally got an one accepted and purchased our home. Jason stuck with us, endured our pickiness, went to great lengths in search of upcoming listings, and took it personally each time an offer fell through.
