At all times he was professional, approachable, available and willing to discuss or explain all aspects of the sale. He stays on top of the market information and kept me regularly updated. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very confident leaving my home in his hands. In my personal situation I was also out of the country for several weeks of the sale period and felt very comfortable leaving him in charge of my house and viewings during this time. His negotiation skills were spot on and I believe he got me the best price achievable and found the right family for my home in weeks rather than months.
