I am a long distance purchaser of a property here in Delray Beach recently. It was my first time purchasing property without actually looking at it. I initially had contact with two other Realtors however I will share that their ability to keep up with my relentless pursuit to find a property and to accommodate all my requests so I could compete in this competitive market just was not up to par....Then I was lucky enough to find Jason Litt..From the beginning Jason treated me like I was the only client he had however, I know the market was insane and challenging and I really don't know to this day how he pulled off the kind of attention that he gave to me. There wasn't a time where I didn't text or call him that he wasn't there in a moment's notice even if he was in a showing; he would text me and let me know that he was in a showing or that he was busy doing something and he would get back to me shortly and he did just that! He always was just right there! He would go to all the properties that we found together on line or that I found on my own and videotaped them.., He also answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions on areas that were the best areas, that were good in areas, and other areas that might not fit my needs. He gave me information on traffic patterns, financing suggestions, and just all around information about the area. I can't say enough about his attention to his clients..I highly recommend this Real Estate agent if you want exemplary service...I truly feel lucky to have found him to complete my life long dream to purchase a beautiful home in a tropical paradise.
