If I could give Jason 6 stars for negotiation...
If I could give Jason 6 stars for negotiation skills, I would. When he helped us purchase our house below market value we were happy. But three years later, when he sold our house in 3 days for more than what we expected, we were ecstatic. He is the sweetest and kindest sales person we have worked with. I consider myself a picky person, but I was very happy with Jason's delivery of service!
