15 years ago we moved to Ky and found Realtor Jason Jasper. He found a home for our family which at that time seemed too good to be true. The house was in a great neighborhood, location, 12 minutes to work and a huge backyard. Fast forwarding, March 2024, decided it was time to pack up which meant selling our dream home. Asked around for a realtor and no one responded. While searching for something in the home found Jason’s book which he prepared for us when we purchased the home 15 years ago that included everything from the cost of utilities, surrounding schools, etc. Texted him and he responded right away. In less than 2 weeks a contract, which at that time it was in our best interest to decline. Jason told us not to worry. Nothing but good things to say about this real estate agency, and more specifically our realtor, Jason Smith. We started the process early January, and Jason came over to explained the whole process and gave great advice to getting our home ready to sell. We listed our home and it was on the market 10 days before we had an offer. He never hesitated to answer any questions we had, and really did make himself available to us whenever we needed something. When looking at homes together, he would point out things that were good in a house and the not so good things to watch out for which was super helpful and taught us so much about home safety/structure. Our house we sold originally appraised for $10,000 less than our asking price. He felt this was incorrect. Jason did an appeal for us and won, so we were able to get the full asking price. He ultimately found us the home we purchased as well, and we cannot be more excited. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable about the business, punctual, and down to earth, Jason Smith is your guy!
