In early 2021 we found ourselves needing to downsize and find our retirement home. It was a very frustrating time to be trying to buy. Every potential listing was taking names to sign up for appointments for a tour and the possibility to make an offer. The problem was that for every listing there were 25 buyers trying to find a home. If you put in an offer you wouldnt hear back on the "winner" for a couple of weeks, and during that time you didnt know whether to stop looking or what! It was during this turmoil that we contacted Jason to guide us through the process. He was on top of all the activities in our market area, and helped us finally find the perfect home for us! He guided us through that process with patience and skill. We bought before we sold our previous home so now we were under pressure to unload it. In the end he found the perfect buyer who loved the house and we accepted an offer that was way above our asking. We closed escrow on both the purchase and the sale right on time.
