We have used Jason twice already, once 10 years ago to buy a house, and now again to sell a house. He is a true real estate agent and knows every step of the process confidently and thoroughly. He also has a great sense of when to negotiate and when to stand firm not only on price, but on all the little things that happen along the way like fixing things up, inspections, apprasals etc. Also always available to you, has never not picked up the phone.
