We were selling a condo that is 1000 miles from our permanent home. Health issues caused us to be unable to return to the condo. Jason and Nancy Emerson took care of all the details regarding getting the property ready to sell, and then preparing it for the actual sale. All in our absence. We really appreciated this help, as well as their advertising and finding a buyer and making the deal happen. They have great patience.
