I’m sharing my personal experiences below if you’re interested in hearing more. As a first time home buyer in 2016 I came into the market with very specific requirements and a tight budget. Jason walked through at least 25 homes with me over a 3 month period. When he thought something was off with a home, he’d tell me. When he thought I was off on a a valuation or if my expectations didn’t match reality, he’d let me know and make it a teaching moment. This type of honesty is exceptionally rare In the industry and is one of the main reasons I recommend him to anyone looking for a home. I ended up closing on a home that met all of my requirements and was below budget, despite numerous lender and seller delays that pushed closing back almost three months! In 2019 I moved out of state. I held onto my property initially, but as the months passed the difficulty of managing a property at a distance started to overwhelm me. In the winter of that year I mentioned to him that I might consider selling the following summer. Jason took the initiative and got me a cash offer that blew my expectations out of the water.
