I can't even begin to tell you how he went above and beyond, to help us find the perfect house that not only met all of our needs, but also had almost everything on our wish list. Jason was very knowledgeable of the area and listened to every little detail that we wanted in a home. He showed us all available options in our range not making us reach out of our limits. Jason helped immensley when the apprasial came in way less than asking price to get us in our dream home. During the contract signing there was an issue on our lenders end that extended the signing for hours. Jason allowed us to keep on scheadule and stayed AND delivered our paperwork!!!
