I am a difficult customer. I tested Jason. When I had an issue, he resolved it. When I was upset, he dealt with it. There were some difficult times and Jason was the guy that kept everything calm and got things done. That is what I am looking for in an agent and I did not even know it. If you go into the process with realistic expectations, this is the guy that will work tirelessly to meet them.
I cannot our into words how much Jason helped us throughout our buying and selling process. He was honest, prompt, and always went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns we’ve had. Even after closing on the house, he is there for any questions we have. We were in a time crunch and Jason made the impossible possible for us.
