I was introduced to Jason through some weird Zillow email I sent about a home located in Florida. I received an email/text from Jason about the home. I was so mad cause I knew is should not have sent that Zillow email, at the time I did not know how lucky I got. When I finally called Jason, I was straight with him as I did not have a location set, did not have a realtor already, and more importantly that I was not asking him to be my realtor at this time. Jason was kind and said how about I set you up a search for the areas you looking for and if you like any that are in my area I would be happy to meet you and show you the home. This went on for about 2-months, my wife and I using Zillow them cross-referencing Jason’ searches when finally we found one in Daytona Beach. The perfect beach bungalow from the 1920s with a history we couldn’t wait to learn about. However, that beach bungalow had a history of needing about $150,000 in renovations to make it up to code. Thanks to Jason for helping me get an excellent home inspector (Earl) and several other inspectors that led to our decision to not purchase the home. Jason and I worked together for about 2-more weekends until the right house, in the right area, and in our budget fell in our lap. Jason expertly negotiated our deal and we closed in 30-days. Jason started out as a guy from the internet, became our realtor, and more importantly we consider him a friend.
